Hi, do you know why mine won't start right or of the box. It just flashes blue light and fan screaming but won't move and won't do anything? Any ideas?

Hi! Is the lid open? Did you make sure to close it?

@marina-shum yes it's closed, I had to jiggle it a bit to hit the switch in the back. I got it to work, thank you so much for the reply and willingness to help 💙🙏🏼
