WAIT, THIS LIP GLOSS IS TRANSFER PROOF?!🤯

We recently bought this transfer proof Iced Watery Lip Gloss by Judydoll on @yestyle, inspired by @JennZe's videos. Immediately, I found the component to be really cool with its mock condensation droplets on the outside of the packaging. The gloss itself has a unique metal applicator, unlike the traditional flocked doe foot you might expect. Christina pointed out that it acts almost like a little scooper to grab the product when you dip it in-and that’s exactly what it is in a way! When applying, it cups your lip and has a higher pay-off than you’d expect. Always let it dry fully before moving your lips so it can create a film and become “transfer proof”-think of that Saran Wrap feeling we've talked about, where the product hugs your lips. I didn’t do this for the sake of evaluating! But this formula doesn’t feel suffocating; it’s extremely comfortable, and that’s what attracts me to it so much. My only downside is that I get a bit too much of the base flavor underneath that watermelon scent, which I don’t love. Aside from that, I’ve really enjoyed her. It’s insane to have a shiny gloss that is this this transfer proof, not stringy at all, and so comfortable. I’d say this gloss is perfect for my beauty queens who want a long-lasting, glossy finish without that notorious sticky feeling.

Can you review other items from JudyDoll? Their price point is very attractive and a couple of things seem intriguing: curling mascara, moisturizing foundation (looks like they have a cushion one as well).

That mascara is seriously amazing if you are looking for something natural, the curl lasts literally all day for me and I have hooded eyes AND oily eyelids, no other mascara stays on this long for me. The only issue is that I really had to rub my eyes to take it off so I ended up buying a mascara remover too 😅

Just got the curling rod mascara and WOW!!! Hooded eyes with oily lids and i intentionally left it on overnight and the next evening i removed. Just WOW, they stayed curled, no flaking, no smudging! PERFECT! I cannot wait to try more products! Great prices and beautiful products!

If you like Judydoll, then I’d recommend another Chinese brand, Flowerknows. I’m not sure if you’ve done a video on this, but def try their blushes :) and their products are so cute!!! For people who just happen to have something against Chinese people and items; don’t just judge them based on stereotype. Each brand is unique and more global brands like FlowerKnows does not do animal testing

Thank you for the comment on animal testing - a lot of brands that manufacture WITHIN China can avoid animal testing; they just insist on it for imports so they can "ensure safety" for their population. Thr only Chinese brand I'm skeptical of is Floriasis because they're known to insist on positive reviews only before sending out PR, which is... Sketchy & annoying, lol.

judydoll also doesn’t test on animals! i’m like 99.9% sure post market animal testing is no longer a requirement to sell in china since 2023, so the amount of brands that do it are definitely decreasing in comparison to what foreigners expect.

@@ZijnShayatanicait doesn’t! it’s actually amazing. i haven’t used this product specifically, but i’ve used korean glossy lip stains with the same concept and it feels quite comfortable once dry. it feels kind of slick and smooth, with some feeling like when you stretch your lips out and they feel smooth (if that makes any sense lol) and others feeling like normal lip gloss! i think it’s so that the base can settle/cure and turn into a polish of sorts.

Now that is a gloss I need, I never liked lipsticks or glosses because I’m constantly touching my lips, whether it’s picking them, chewing my nails or (eek) smoking cigarettes, even when I was a pre teen, hated lipsticks, when stains and liquid lips came out I was allllll over them. I just picked up a really nice stain from Covergirl of all brands in a marker form that is really nice!! I think it’s a new(er) release, or it is at least new to my area. It’s called the Covergirl Outlast Lipstain. It reminds me a lot of the awesome ones Revlon made and stupidly discontinued that were fatter and a marker but had a little chapstick on the other end. These are very similar to that formula and delivery system but are thin but without the chapstick. I’d highly recommend!! (These might be old news to you haha) 😊😊

(I found a blog about them from 2008 so that would have, indeed made me 16.) They were So DRYING! Back then and I wouldn’t be surprised if they still were, But it didn’t matter, my lips had color for the first time ever!

I swear these were new in my CVS cuz I am like a hawk looking for lipstains in marker like form at the drugstore. This felt nice on my lips, it wasn’t drying but if I put more than a few passes on it needs a tiny bit of chapstick or lipgloss or something to even it out But let’s hope they’ve reformulated after 16 years!! ☺️☺️

The first shade I bought when it first came out to me felt like an oiler pigmented lip gloss, that wore off the same as any other product fitting that description - even when I followed the directions. Still very pretty though and I still like the consistency! But I recently bought another shade and its consistency was TOTALLY different. It dried down almost like a liquid lip in an uncomfortable way with no shine. I had to return it. I don’t know if I bought an old product, or if they reformulated or what, but the two bottles I had couldn’t have been more different than each other 😂

The curling mascara is my favorite from them! As someone with thin Asian lashes, it really does a great job at adding length without being clumpy. It also holds up a curl really well throughout the day!

Another brand that does great transfer-proof glosses is Flortte! I have their gloss serum and it’s unlike any gloss I’ve ever tried. I’m not a gloss girly, but this isn’t sticky and messy like other glosses I’ve tried. After the gloss cures it doesn’t move, and yet it stays glossy and doesn’t emphasize my lip wrinkles at all.

I have this exact product. As she said, it’s extremely comfortable and effortless. The application is a bit unusual due to the metal tip but honestly i love it. It gives you a cooling sensation and just feels luxurious. I actually didn’t know that you shouldn’t smack your lips together and i always did it and it still looked nice. I’ll try not doing that and seeing how it looks after. Definitely a gloss i recommend for people who have experienced with makeup but love the very natural and dewy look.

I actually kind of love this formula but I feel like the major downside is the shades. A lot of them seem to be either pretty vibrant or saturated shades in the red family. I have the shade 06 and despite most pictures showing it to be pretty muted, it still looks pretty dark on me and I’m a medium skin tone.

If you dont like the flavor, you can try the other shades. I found out because me and my friend bought different shades and it was strawberry for her and watermelon for me. I dont like watermelon scents but I actually like the watermelon flavor a lot, it's subtle and dissipates after awhile 😊

I have a few of these and the texture is definitely not what you would consider a 'normal' lip gloss. I'd describe it as like a lip tint with an oily sheen once applied. It is very lightweight and the color won't transfer but the glossy coat comes off like wiping your mouth after eating fried chicken 😂 The tint portion stains pretty well but I wouldn't rely on it for the gloss

1 thing to note tho is to take it off when ur eating. Many foods and ingredients contain oils, fats and grease. Just wipe and reapply after drinking water
