This is very clever concept with the production very good and drone usage a value add as well. Excellent to bring into the story the nearby town and the larger towns/cities with the services on offer as well. This presentation is unique. The price seems high based on the clean-up and renovations needed. Only one bathroom? The sales prices of real estate needs to be based on comparable sales. This is something I never see on these marketing videos. But your videos capture one's attention. By comparison, I saw one couple that shows Southern Italy homes on You Tube and they say that the videos are for entertainment only. But in the next breath they say contact us for our finder's fee. At least this video did not do that! Hooray! And another positive about this video is you describe the property's location. You do it the right way! You show your drive to the property! I've seen Italy property videos where they say they cannot reveal the town name that the property is located in order to protect the privacy of the owners. Then they say making people email them for the city location lets them get to know the audience. Disingenuous. They merely want to preserve their finder's fee. In comparison, you guys come across as being transparent and honest. For that you deserve another Hooray! Keep up your good, honest work!
