Since BoxyCharm and IPSY joined together quality definitely went down for BoxyCharm members. I stopped being a member because it was no longer worth it. Especially after they tell you they are going to send you an eyeshadow palette with one broken eyeshadow. Wow

I really wish you would break down the bag the standard boxycharm and then the icon box. Like clearly draw a line between what you get in promo and what we are going to get when we pay. It would be more helpful please

That’s the thing, I have no clue what you would get vs what I would get. I don’t get to pick my items, I don’t get a list of what maybe featured. I literally just get a box full of items and most times they are mixed so I have no clue what goes to what. I’ve talked about this so much in my long form videos. I wish it was more organized the way boxycharm used to be

Ok so,second month my “boxy” items came broken, and it sucks because the highlighter duo I got this month was an Absolute hit but the powder side busted it was a huge mess I’m also so damn confused because when I “log in” now to the Ipsy/boxycharm account it has none of my information such a card number ect and says that I’m not subscribed to anything …..? Yet I get boxes each month and the money is coming out each month, also, if I didn’t have any of the “ subscription” (aka boxy charm) how the hell do I have a full on log in, with my beauty quiz? And revive boxes! Can someone help me understand this! ON TOP of that, I can’t get ahold of anyone, to help with my broken items, or to help me figure out what’s going on with this account and company merge not a damn soul. It sucks because this is my second time getting an “Ipsy” box, without notice that “boxy” was no longer on its own, this Subscription has always been including the refreshments a luxury for myself it’s not cheap, yet the products are coming in broken, all around it’s not the best so far, I just turned 30 and I just found out that I have cervical cancer, treatment insurance etc. is not cheap like I said to me getting this box each month is a little self care treat but it’s extremely expensive for what I’m getting and I have never been more confused in my life and have no clue who to reach out to because the team does not respond it’s a whole journey getting these little boxes of make up/skin care, for me, it’s a fun little thing I can enjoy to myself, so I’m just frustrated and if anyone in the comments explain to me what’s going on what am I doing wrong? I’m so confused, and heartbroken that my things came smashed, no help, and I was initially paying for the boxycham base box, and refreshments, (which I never signed up for but liked the products) regardless that’s over $40 a month and I’m lost confused frustrated!
