My stamps kept getting condensation from ice, so between stamps I (already have some of these) put a mini fan on and put the stamp in front of it while I work on the next one. Works perfectly

No :) its because the stamp gets heated when producing lot of wax seals :)

You're right, because if you simply wait a minute it fully dries and the seal removes without ruining it! However if you're trying to stamp and remove right away then you need a cold stamp. Or you just wait and pull it off. Neither ways are wrong.

And when making several at once you don't want to wait a long time for them to seal upon over heating. So ice also helps you work faster when making many seals. 😊

Also put your ice cubes in a zip lock bag then put your stamp on the ice with the plastic as a barrier so you aren't getting condensation rusting on the stamp, over time. It won't melt the plastic if you use a good quality zip lock bag. 😊

The wax stamps are made of brass. The brass stamps don’t rust as they’re an alloy :)

The stamp isn’t getting wet from the condensation but the wet ice or melting of the ice itself. Condensation will still occur even when covered with a bag, people made the word condensation because they found out that the cold takes the energy away from the air and turns the gas into liquid, this is mostly visible on cold SURFACES 😊

If you don’t have the ice, simply heat up the stamp. The wax will melt & wipe it off with a wet kitchen towel or a wet wipe. Hope it helps 🩷

Unfortunately no. In the video the problem is with the hot stamp. When stamp is extra hot it doesn’t allow the wax to cool down

Well, In the video. The brass stamp is containing all that heat energy and transferring it the wax seal which make the process a lot slower. it’s like taking a pan from the stove, it’s still very hot
