I actually don’t mind the museum, what I mind is the obnoxious colors of nooks cranny 😂 my museum is sunken with a ton of wheat fields and broken ruined pillars and I just put two ruined decorated pillars in front of the stupid red flag and then a ruined arch in the middle and I love it :)

I did the last design, except I changed a few things: - Instead of hardwood trees, I used pine trees. (They look okay but I would prefer hardwood. I just didn't have any adult hardwood trees that weren't already in a dedicated spot). - I went to CJ to customize a pergola so that the wood was a sowewhat bright orange to match the roof of the medieval sides. I put the pergola where the tree's bounty arch would go and then put the tree's bounty arch in front of the pergola. -I don't think I"m gonna use the carts for the front design, but rather use something like fake statues that I have laying around in storage. I loved the original design though! This video is awesome!

looove that pergola design! i went with the castle walls+gate & medieval building sides for mine with trees, evergreen ash trees, & a couple plain party lights leading up to it. its supposed to look like a church i think i just need a church sign to complete the look lol

I used the blue & white castle items around my entire museum...used some cliffs to raise some up to give it a more realistic "castle" look...placed some flowers and plate armor in places where they're easily seen, and added some blue stage flame machines to give the place a little something "extra"...because I'm extra. Now it's the coolest building on my island...but perhaps not for long...I have ideas...

I went with the last one because my island is cottage core themed and used everything except for the tree’s bounty arch because I don’t have the diy atm but I think I did well and instead of the wagons, I put the flower beds! I fortunately had the same color scheme as the walls!

I never hated the museum, but it can clash with certain themes. I love the way you showed pictures, gave a list of items, and how you did it. I frequently see super complex builds, but what did they use to make it. I also love the follow through of showing us what you did, as well as the list of items. I am wanting to make an Elegant and cute island, incorporating some Sofia The First things. Cannot do anything about The Resident Services Building, other than making it it’s own world or kingdom, and isolating it. I do want to make Nooks Cranny into a beach shack, but in an old looking building. Tailor shop another old looking building. Wanted to do the same for the museum. Have no idea of how, I am wanting to really do them, but I do want even my neighbors to have a grander exterior in this medieval fairy tale world, even if they are in the village. I appreciate any tips, but do plan to use the medieval walls a lot, if unable to alter the exterior of a building. Thank you for museum ideas. Before, I could only landscape and waterscape. Now I can hide it too.

I think it's a really nice design. Classical, like the British Museum. I don't think that putting things in front of it makes it very different, and you have to look at it from a specific angle. Those gaps drive me crazy!
