You have -ve attitude. With CPEC-2 starting with bang is going to help lot. China Pakistan armies are getting in details for new projects. In this Gwadar is going to be very important. The international airport is getting ready for international operations. China is thinking of upgrading of Gwadar port and China will send materials for export to Wurope and Midwest by Gwadar. Trucks full of exportable stuff will be starting from China mainland to Pakistan port Gwadar. Here Chinese ships will be docking and picking up stuff from trucks , loading on ships. The empty trucks will carrying Pakistan exports to China by KK Highway. This will be cheap ways of transporting pakistani exports. This is win win situation for China and Pakistan. China will be protecting Gwadar wth their special forces. Along KKH both Pakistani and chinese army security forces will be protecting these central roads of China ,Pakistan import and export happening through Port of Gwadar. The golden years of CPEC are starting which will change economic landscape of Pakistan. Slowly but surely Pakistan is migrating towards mid income economy and leaving poverty to history. Long live CPEC and eternal brotherly friendship of China and Pakistan, unstoppable journey towards rising wealth, GNP, and prestige of both nations.

PM Noon negotiated the deal. Feroz Khan Noon had very good relationship with Great Britannia who facilitated the deal. Government of Pakistan paid one million dollars for the Omani territory ( Gawadar ). Sir Sultan Agha Khan was the guarantor for the transfer of money to the sultan of Oman. The fund was to transfer from Karachi to Bank of England and from London to Oman. Any delay could have been a disaster, because India was also trying to buy Gwadar from Oman. We should thank Sir Agha Khan and Mrs Zaibunisa Noon ( PM’s wife who was very helpful in dealing with GB ) as a facilator of the transaction. Do not fabricate and by the way Agha Khan and his religion has nothing to with Shia religion. Shias don’t drink nor eat pig meat, don’t worship a human being. Shia religion even donot recognize Ismaili a religion.

Pakistan was able to acquire 15,210 square kilometres (5,870 sq mi) of land on the coast of Balochistan for around 5.5 billion Pakistani rupee (or 2 billion US dollars today), paid mostly by Aga Khan IV.
