Hmmm love hojri its looks very testy send some over to uk small tip for cleaning hojri first clean hojri in hot water then cut hojri in big pieces boiled water put small tea spoon chuna which you Use in pan put in hot water put your hojri in boiling water boil hojri for 5 to 7 minutes Take out hojri and one by one with knife scraps your hojri take out all black top layers make all clean and white now you can cut in small pieces soak in vinegar and salt for 5 to 10 minutes clean and cook Salam to all your family from uk
