The new roughing the passer rule changes on defense along with the fact you cant grab WRs like you used to has made the game too soft and other rules have made the game too soft. I like defense!! I don't want to see a high scoring game every week. The fact that our Heels cant even tackle is a complete embarassment in any era smh.

The refs sure did miss that call at the half. He was down by contact, at the 1. Unless You dont call him down, at which the ball should have been called a td as soon as the football broke the plane of the goal line in Carolina’s possession! He did not take the football until they were in the endzone. Bs. 🤣. At least we won anyway and it didnt matter!

Look, I'm a proud Tarheel (literally) but they can't allow 30, 40, 50 points this consistently. I know what they have coming in next year but they have to do much better recruiting on the defensive tackleposition. No way WF should have had that many rushing yards.

@MP 81,16,18 CATS I know what you mean about the defense getting tired. It has to be a bitch having to go back out after a 1, 2, or 3 play scoring drive. We have a 5 star and a high 4 DE coming in next year but it still doesn't solve the middle problem we have. I know Mack is the best choice and I don't see him getting rid of Bateman either. I like him but he has to work with what he has. I'm ACC through and through so I remember that WV game. I was embarrassed for Clemson. I've pulled for them every championship game but when we played Clemson in the ACC title game we got boned on those two onside kicks. You know it.
