Another wake up early vlog as I share with you a productive day in my life. Finally sharing my google job rejection story and the google interview I had. I ended up going through 6 rounds of interviews with Google before they decided to proceed with someone else. Google jobs are highly sought after and I'm thankful for the opportunity to interview with Google! I also take you through what I eat in a day (simple and easy meals)! I made some yummy easy dishes before going out to Koreatown in Los Angeles to get Korean food :) enjoy this productivity vlog with me!

I hope everything works out well for you. 💜 I quit my part-time that allowed me to not be dependent on my parents but the environment was so toxic and I didn't see any growth there, I constantly felt like I was wasting my time counting someone else's money (at the reception lol) I quit in just two months, I felt so free for a week l, and then stressed for 3 months, as I didn't want to ask my parents for money, I constantly felt like leaving my job was a bad Idia, but just a few weeks ago (BY CHANCE) I found a freelance writing gig that is paying alright along with my freedom to work when I truly feel inspired to. I am still figuring things out and even though I'm not that religious, I still feel that things happened for a reason. Meanwhile, I got rejected from two voiceover jobs, one teaching job because I lived too far away, and still I managed to believe that something better is waiting for me, something better needs my energy, that it'll all make sense soon. idk how I transitioned from highly negative and pessimistic person to this girl who could mold the situations into positivity. I don't even know how long this positive phase will last but it feels good. 💚

I have been working as a recruiter for more than 4 years now. I have hired a lot of people and rejected even more than that. It always feels a little heavy for my heart when I reject someone, which is due to a reason. Hi Maya, just wanted to say I was in a similar position few months ago with Google and just like you I wasn't looking when this opportunity came in and the job description was a perfect match. After 4+ rounds they went with someone else, my recruiter actually called me with so much empathy and referred me to another team- that didn't work out too. All my expectations crushed so I poured myself into using my skills at church, serving others and developing my business idea. It's been challenging but I know God is too faithful.

It depends! If it’s topics I already know then I can teach them without preparing - but if it’s a subject I need a refresher on then I would study :) but usually we start with homework help!
