is this real life? I cannot believe this. I have fibromyalgia, and I wake up every day around 10 or 11 am feeling awful from head to toe. I went to bed last night listening to this, and I kid you not, I was up at 6 am feeling amazing. My kids are all still asleep, mom is actually awake before them. Thank you so much, you have changed my life. Do you have any videos for "anger-management''' or "patient parenting" that would really change my life?

could you add a link here to the anger management one? I saw your 'manage your anger and stay in control" one, but it didnt have that many affirmations about controlling temper and not yelling or raising your voice when frustrated etc. my partner freqyently gets frustrated and yells at the kids and it is very bad for everyone cos then he feels bad and has to apologise and the thing the kid did wrong doesnt get addressed cos hes yelling was worse so he ends up in the wrong. the one i mentioned doesnt seem to have anything about controlling emptions/temper when frustrated or having more patience, and too much that is similar to other non anger/agression ones you already have. if you have a more suitable one please send me a link to it? also i would love a patient paretnting one as well cos patience and getting easily frustrated with them causes the agression and yeling and anger and then shame and lowering of our self esteem. Thank you I love your stuff I have about 20 saved and rotate them.

I don't usually make comments but this video deserves it. I have sleep apnea since I was a child and I could never get a restful night's sleep without waking up in the middle of the night or waking up tired in the morning. I tried this subliminal out of sheer desperation and I come here to tell you, I had the best 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep in my entire life! thank you so much for this.

Wow! This actually worked! I couldn’t sleep at all last night. Kept waking up every hour, on the hour. Found this video, turned it on and fell asleep. I woke up at 6 am this morning feeling extremely rested! Here I am today, at work, and still feel great! Don’t even feel like I “need” coffee! This truly does work! Omg, THIS WORKED for me! i turned this on on my phone on lowish volume because i found the sound kinda irritating at first, but i was going to deal with it to see if this would help my brain fog zombie wakeups.. So i set it to play on phone and put phone on my headboard. Sound annoyed me for a lil but I fell asleep and woke up 1 hr earlier than my alarm FULLY ALERT with, no brain fog zombie feeling like i usually have! i only slept 6hrs and have not had my morn coffee and i feel AWAKE. I didn't think this would work BUT it did for me THANK YOU❤

Years and years of pressing snooze at least for an hour every morning - and I slept listening to this subliminal just once and was able to get out of bed twenty minutes after my alarm clock chimed! I was so full of energy and motivation the whole day and still can't believe how well this worked. Thanks SO MUCH for this!

Hi Thomas, I listen to your subliminals every night. The first time I listened and I actually woke up without feeling depressed, which is a problem I've had for over 10 years, I couldn't believe it. I'm so grateful I could cry and I have lol. If you have time can you do one about finding life's purpose and passion and excitement for life? Thank you Thomas, I am eternally utterly grateful. You have given me something I thought I would never have. Waking up to mornings where I feel good and can enjoy time with my kids or get ready for the day without the burden of the sadness and pain of depression.. And that also allows me a greater chance of creating a happy, depression free day the whole day. I'm here to report that I tried it again another night with only 5 or 6 hours of sleep on top of me waking up 2 hours before I had to for a restroom stop and I still woke up before my alarm feeling refreshed and ready to get up, which never happens if I have to get up in the middle of the night. On top of that, before listening to this two days in a row, I've been struggling to get up early since I am PMSing (TMI, but will help someone). I am going to share this with so many people. Amazing, I don't know how this works. Thank you everyone for sharing your experience as well, which is made me go ahead and give this a try. Wouldn't have believed it otherwise. I hope this continues to work.

I have suffered from insomnia and sleep apnea for thirty years. Most nights I am lucky if I get to sleep in 1-2 hours blocks divided by three or four hours awake. Since listening to your videos, I have begun to sleep in five and a half hour blocks. For the first time in years I'm not dozing off constantly during the day and I think I am beginning to lose weight. Thank you.

Not lying, this is the only sleep sub works for me on KZbin! My neighbour are crazy and selfish, we called the police and even took revenge on these noisy neighbour over the past 2 years, it still didn't work. I finally have 6 hours sleep without waking up in the midnight since I listened to this subliminal 3 nights in a row. Thank you Thomas, I am grateful.

thank you so much!!!! i’ve had terrible insomnia for weeks and have been going to sleep at 6am waking up at 3-4pm. i listened to this for around 20 minutes at 2:00am and feel asleep. i woke up at 7:30 but decided that i didn’t have much to do so i went back to sleep and woke up at 10:30 which is incredibly early for me. thank you so much i will be using this every night

I hated waking up depressed and demotivated to clean up , Exercise well do Anyth8 g really . Feeling too lethargic plus I had chronic illness COPD which Zaps my energy . Anyway I wake up to this early feeling refreshed and revitalised . My energy high and my motivation to get things done i even started exercising towards my health goals and working towards professional goals. Wow, I've got to say I was skeptical but after really struggling to get out of bed in the mornings for the school run I gave this a try. I've never left a comment on a KZbin video but this was worth it. I only woke up once during the night and went back to sleep quickly and easily. When the alarm went off this morning I felt ready to get out of bed and for the first time since the kids have been back at school, didn't press the snooze button. Thank you so much!

this is crazy, i just used this last night because i had to get up at 5 am and i went to bed later than 12, and i always take time to wake up in the morning (i mean who doesn't!) and i was so surprised when my alarm went off i got up so easily. i wasn't even tired it's just crazy. i never get up this easily even if i'm get more than 8 hours of sleep.

I love this one aswell as the rain one. I have massive fatigue problems due to multiple sclerosis, psoriatic arthritis and side effects of medication. I also get insomnia so use the other ones to get to sleep and pain. What I would love is one specific to multiple sclerosis as theres one for fibromyalgia l, plus no one has ever done one specific to ms. Mr. Hall I remember years ago I tried your hypnosis cd's but then discovered subliminal vs hypnosis. I just want to thank you for changing my life. This is so wonderful, I usually use deep healing sleep, and I have the deepest and nicest sleep, it's hard to wake up in the morning, so I always set many alarms. But yesterday I tried this and the results it's amazing, I had the headache last night and it disappears now, I eventually wake up before the alarms clock. I feel totally fresh in the morning. So I'm up-to-date, I heard this music for over a week, first night I woke up 3 times very refreshed. Second night woke up one time at night at 2am refreshed and the second time not refresh. What the HECK?!!! Not only am I non-functional before about 8:30 am and then need a nap around 1 pm, I've been exhausted for about a week from having to get up about 5 am several days in a row (son graduating basic training, grandbaby events, etc.) and planned to go ahead and sleep through this week. Today I got up at 7 and did all the things. And other things too. Freaking crazy.

I went to sleep around 11pm ands woke up a few hours later feeling amazing. But i didn't let myself wake up all the way because i had a very long day ahead of me and didn't want to wake up for it at 2:30 am. So i went back to sleep until 5am, but this time felt groggy and tired as always. Stayed in bed half asleep until 6:30 then woke up exhausted. Don't know how to fix this. I'll try the rain sound one

You could have just woke up at 2:30am and started your day from there.. Lots of time to meditate and do things you otherwise would not have had time to do. Then maybe a power nap mid day if possible.. Experiment with it❤️🌹

hey i always stay up a bit too late, and wake up with no energy and fall back asleep for school. well i did it again and it’s game day tomorrow, so ima use this and tell you guys how it works for me! see ya in like 5 hours

At 6.1.20 ish you get woken up with an ad!!!!!!!!!! Great for someone who really needs their sleep because of a lack of energy. Can't believe it!!!!

Two nights ago I listened to one of your Musics about attracting money and dreamt about money. Last night I heard this to wake up with energy to do my daily workout, as energy usually lacks on Monday morning... well I woke up at 530 instead of 6 which was the time I set the alarm with, and I felt a lot of energy. I don’t really know how but maybe you are seriously a genious 😳😮

Worked for me, woke up at 5:30 from my alarm, wasn't bursting with energy of course but I usually wake at 10 so it worked well haha
