You forgot one fact that the American natives where the first one's in have human rights because the spanish people thinked that It wasn't fair that they arrive and force them become catholics so they decided leave them with their religión and in the spanish empire there wasn't slaves like in france Portugal or UK

The Philippines and Mexico were from New Spain, they were brothers, even during independence Mexico could have the Philippines but since it was impossible to be connected because they didn't have boats, so they left the Philippines to Spain.
