Every morning on my way to work I listen to your speeches. I used to chat on the phone to friends and vent and complain about anything and everything in my life there was to complain about. I wasn’t seeing the value in the things that I have. Not only the physical things but the relationships I’ve developed, especially over the last four years. April 16, 2025, I will have four years clean and sober. My entire life has changed, everything about it from my lifestyle, to the people I surround myself with, to my job, my dreams, my goals, my thinking, and my feelings. For some reason every morning I was finding things to complain about. Listening to your speeches in the morning instead of complaining about this life I have that I once dreamed of having, has not only changed my day-to-day life, but completely changed my perspective on my life as a whole. Eddie, please keep doing exactly what you’re doing, you are changing lives! I look forward to your videos every single morning to help me start my day with positivity and inspiration! Thank you ❤

Thank you Eddie, I listen to your words almost every day. You give me inspiration to make the most out of every day. I am a cyclist, not a professional cyclist. At 39 years old that ship has left the harbor, but I work against every day to be better. Both as a cyclist and as a better person, and there are more hard days than easy days. But the days with most value is the harder days, and I get to do it anyway. 6-7 days a week I train my body to become a better cyclist. 7 days a week 16 hours a day I train my mind to get a better version of my self, and your words are a big part of that. I`ve been listening to you since the year you started your journey, not every day but in a weekly basis at least. Now I listen to your great and motivational words almost every day, and I have to say that you have and are evolving to the best motivational speaker in my life. And I have been listening to a few, but no one have your resilience, and no one hits the words and topics better than you. I am forever grateful for everything you do and I hope you continue this journey until the end. You where born to do this. Never ever stop :) The best from Norway Richard.

Wow, thank you so much for sharing this Richard. Your dedication, both to cycling and to becoming the best version of yourself, is truly inspiring. You’re proof that resilience and consistency can create something extraordinary. Keep showing up, keep striving, and never stop believing in what’s possible. Keep going strong! 🌟 🙏 🚴♂️

I agree I was in a slump, broken, chained in addiction and found this channel or this channel found me, was the catalyst for my recovery, gave me the inspiration to get off the sofa , go for a run, get my act together, yes I failed a few times but he talks of resilience and bouncing back which I did , now six months clean of addiction, eating healthier, training most days , forever grateful I found this channel,

@TJayz-nb3bv Thank you so much for sharing TJayz🙏I have been down that road of running from my demons by using drugs, for me it was mainly alcohol that was my source of running away. I have struggled with some form of anxiety all my life, never found my inner peace. The only time I found peace was if I was drinking, it worked instantly. So no wonder I used it for self medication. I did not se the red flags by using it, I used my struggles and hardships as excuses to drink. I hit rock bottom in 2018, I lost my job, lost my driving license, almost drove my wife and family away. I remember the day after. In my head I had 2 choices, either burn it all down to the ground and drink myself to death or start rebuild my self as a better man for all. I chose the latter of the two. I am getting close to 7 years sober from alcohol and drugs overall, and let me tell you - It will get easier in time if you just take one more day, they will stack up as paper and suddenly you forget how "good" the drug made you feel. My addiction as of today are training, that is my escape from it all. Go all out gives me inner peace, nothing else matter when the pain are so intense that the only thing you can think of is the pain. And as I am getting older I learn to regulate my self better, I`m not saying that I don`t have cracks where the darkness gets in. But I look at it different today than I used to before. The last year has been hard for me, In February I got over trained. My anxiety and depression was back with full force, but I adjusted the training and competitions to suit me and my fitness better and kept moving forward. My thought around my hardships this time was - I`m glad that I face darkness and hardships, because that reminds me of what is the most important to me. My kids, wife, and the truly good friends I have are all that matters. I do not have many many friends, but I would not trade the 2-3 really good friends I have for anything in this world. No amount of money could make me trade they I hold dare. Keep going my friend, take one day at the time. Try to be better every day, do not let life keep you down permanently. Get back up, fight with everything you have for what you want. Look for the light in the places you least want to look, and I promise you that you will find it. Never, ever stop trying. You will make it, you are a warrior and warriors do not stop when we are tired. We stop when they are done🤟

Eddie- You are right! I have been twice and to multiple cities. Your description is accurate and the pride is also now intentionally being passed down to the next generation and ensuring some of the diminishing crafts don’t disappear and this was evident at the temples that are being jointly restored by a multi-generational community commitment! 🙌🏼

"People follow through on who they believe themselves to be."... Waou, this is so inspiring! 🙌🔥 Calling myself a "marathoner" during my long runs in preparation and then during the race itself definitely helped me finish my very first marathon some 20 years ago. Belief is everything , it really starts from there !

Well this is one video I disagree with. Prices are too dang high. It’s not about my worth. It’s about what I think its worth not what they say it’s worth. It’s about what I’m willing to pay. Inflation is really hurting people right now. I make better choices so I can do things I want to do, buy things I want more. That means not buying sky high things for status
