This + coffee = 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 But srsly thank you Jason, I really appreciate that you have this playlist on KZbin. I don’t know what you have planned next for the “just tones” series but I would be especially keen to hear some more gamma wave variations. In my own experiences with sounds as a musician I have found the rhythmic entrancing effect of percussive instruments (which is actually most instruments, depending on how they are played) able to produce distinguishable sounds at 40+Hz speed to be very uplifting, transcendental, even. I think the way you’re making these tracks with no other music added is marvelous!

I have severe ADHD - there’s a national adderall shortage & I genuinely hate headphones in all forms - I have 4-5 extremely expensive pairs that I can’t stand actually - sensory issues or something and I’m wondering what alternatives there are to get the benefits of isochronic tones & or Binaural beats becuase when I do force myself to wear headphones for both they help my brain SO much.

You might try searching for sleep mask headphones. I have a bluetooth pair and I wear it to sleep at night with no issues, but you could easily push the mask up and wear it without cutting off your vision. They feel absolutely nothing like regular headphones so it might be a better experience for you. You won't get top quality audio by any means for $20-$30 you can definitely get the most out of isochronic tones. I hope this is helpful to you! I understand sensory issues deeply.

When listening do you only have to focus on the sound or can you do other tasks while this plays in your ear?
@MindAmend2 жыл бұрын
It’s ok to do other things as you listen and that’s really the best way to get the most benefit out of it.
@osotaher32872 жыл бұрын
would u plz explain more about this track jason? shall we listen all 30 min or part of this is enough?
@MindAmend2 жыл бұрын
It takes around 5-6 minutes for your brainwave activity to become entrained to the frequency of tones and then a few minutes to start feeling the benefits. So I recommend listening for at least 10 minutes. The frequency continues to rise until the end, so to get the full effect, listen for the full 30 minutes.

Oh my goodness! Great idea! Thank you 😊
@iamYOU.youareME52032 жыл бұрын
I am not certain, but I don't believe it can work like that? My thoughts being that the way it works is your brain perceiving the difference between the frequencies, since your brain can't actually perceive this low of frequency on its own. So by speeding it up, i would think you are changing the frequency. Could be wrong and would be cool if that could work lol. Maybe @Jason Lewis - Mind Amend can chime in with his thoughts. Either way, good day all!

I must need headphones for this or the other just tones versions. I haven't tried it with external speakers. Just using my phone, it's inaudible unless I hold it right to my ear. I don't have an advanced phone though lol.
@MindAmend2 жыл бұрын
The speakers on phones quite often produce a very weak bass sound. So they're not always that effective for these types of tracks. Believe it or not, this one was actually produced at maximum volume and it's too loud at high volume on my speakers and headphones. However, it is common for people using mobile speakers to report the volume being too low. External speakers or headphones is really the best option.
@italktoanimalsliketheyrehuman2 жыл бұрын

Well, from the older videos I know that you can do both. You can use this instead of coffee if you're sleepy. But from my experience the effect won't last long like caffeine.
@roni8662 жыл бұрын
My tip is: Drink a coffee but fast and take a 30 min nap (its called coffee nap look it up). After the nap listen to this. And boom you're wide awake and productive for the rest of the day.

I find the volume of the isochronic tones to be very low on the mobile phone. Can this be changed?
@MindAmend2 жыл бұрын
I produced this track at maximum volume, specifically to try and help people listening on mobile speakers. Unfortunately, many mobile phone speakers produce a very weak bass sound, so they are not ideal for listening to isochronic tones. The tones are much easier to hear on my iPad, compared to my iPhone. The only way around it really it is to either use headphones/earphones or consider getting an external Bluetooth speaker. You’ll be able to hear the tones very clearly if you connect an external speaker to your phone.

@MindAmend2 жыл бұрын
Are you listening on a mobile device by any chance? The tones are at maximum volume but the pitch is quite deep during the first part of the track. So you might struggle to hear them on some mobile devices, which often produce weak bass sounds. Especially if you're in a noisy environment. You might have to listen using ear buds/headphones if that's the case.
