Man, I am with you there! I also wanted these characters SO bad when I was 8! (I even made my own out of Sculpy, but they soon broke.) But I'm torn! I love the new characters in the IDW-series as well, and I kinda figures of them, the SatAM -cast, AND Cosmo from 'Sonic X'! Aack! But, at least watching your videos quells my jonesing. Everything is great! Keep it up! =)

That figure looks great, the brown on her fur and the purple on her leotard looks a little too dark to me, but overall this figure looks great, and yeah, Sega needs to release merchandise based on the original 3 DiC Sonic shows, I emailed Jakks Pacific and gave them those suggestions for the 30th anniversary line and for as long as they have the Sonic license they said they'll see what they can do about it because they want to bring as many of the most beloved Sonic characters to plastic form and give fans what they want, but yeah, they need to, I think they don't want to give merchandise to the SatAM characters is because Sega hates those characters, mainly Sally from what I heard for some stupid reason, but overall, this is a great figure.

you know, aside from the episode about the de-robotocizer the only time her robotocized limbs were brought up as a plot point was when Rotor upgraded her legs to have an extension option, her pathos (and details of her actual origin) was really brought up only in the Archie comic

No, it isn't like that, Sega owns all of the characters from the cartoons and comics, Ken exploited a loophole when Archie publications failed to keep track of their contract records, but then it only affected characters that originated in the comic, such as Julie-Su, Scourge, Mammoth Mogul, etc. But characters who originated in the cartoons like Bunnie, Lupe, Breezy, etc are still owned by Sega because the Dic contracts didn't get lost.

@@wakeangel2001 Does that mean the SatAM versions of the characters like Sally and Bunnie are owned by SEGA while Sally and Bunnie's Archie comics versions (the prereboot and reboot versions) are owned by Ken Panders, or SEGA owns the characters that were in the TV show like Sally and Bunnie in general, as in, their TV show counterparts and their Archie comics counterparts)?

@@FanaticMitchell1 every version of every character from the original cartoon belongs to Sega, so it doesn't matter if it's from the comic, pre OR post super genesis wave. Also like I mentioned before if Archie Publications had kept better track of their paperwork then Ken wouldn't have been able to take away Julie-Su and the rest of the extended cast (which btw, he doesn't explicitly have either, it's just that Sega chose not to use them either since Ken's case could set a precident where the comic's other artists and writers could sue for their own copyrights.)

@@ianscollectiblesreviews1543 Sega is a video game company, so they are going to merchandize their game properties before anything else of course. But Sega IS expanding, they've been making merchandise for Tangle and Whisper on their online shop and made them playable in Sonic Forces Speed Battle, characters who originated in the IDW Comic. If Tangle and Whisper can be shown to be marketable it might incentivize Sega to bring in the rest of their spinoff media.
