when you laying on bed.it's feel firm or soft? I am confused i recently ordered flo latex mattress but its feel hard so I return. I planned to buy this mattress? It's good?

Hi, we have been using it for quite a time. Matress feels soft and comfortable. I have duroflex matress as well but this one feels way better than that. I think a thin memory foam layer on top along with 7 zone latex layer under it is doing magic.
