Yes it is! Legendary Treasures also included all the cards from the Japanese Shiny Collection (which became the Radiant Collection cards inside the booster packs).

Hi! The best place to order new boxes is to buy them on a website called Ami Ami. Their prices are fantastic, but the site is tough to navigate (including having the prices in yen) and they usually only have the newest couple of sets in stock. You can usually get booster boxes from sets like this one on eBay, but expect to pay close to $50 per box after shipping. Best of luck to you!
