I can make things happen a lot faster with a Glidecam, very little setup, and I can make the moves feel a lot more "organic", compared "electronic". And it's a lot cheaper :)

Aaron, just in case Devin misses this comment. We use the Red Dragon that shoots in 6K, along with the Phantom Miro which is the high speed (slow motion) camera. We have also used Canon DSLR's such as the 5DMKIII. As far as editing goes, we use Adobe's Creative Cloud which gives us access to Premiere (video editing) along with all of their other software such as After Effects, Photo Shop, Audition, etc. Hope that helps!

We started with one Canon 5DMKII and a Canon T3i when we shot our first video. (Huge Bike Jump into Pond). It's all about working hard, having a vision, and putting everything into it! Gear and technology can certainly aid you, but nothing gets in the way of talent. :)

Hey Devin do you shoot the whole video in 60fps because you wont know in the edit when your going to do slow motion or do you shoot 24fps with a very high shutter speed such as 1/1000?

Usually we shoot most at 24 FPS, and then will shoot 60, or 82 FPS at 6K (which is the max the Red Dragon can do) for the special shots. We only shoot slow-motion when we think it would tell the story better.

I wish dealers and manufactures would be upfront about the real costs. This Sea Doo is about the same cost as a Vespa 150. Expect to tack on $ 1500.00 extra for dealer delivery, dealer setup and sales tax. They call that fees in very tiny print and sometimes they never mention the fees until you reach the dealer showroom.
