こんばんは♡菜の花畑のところから涙が流れました…。私も一週間前に帰省してたのですが、お別れの時に姪っ子が作ってくれた卵焼きのお弁当を私に持たせてくれました。それを帰りの新幹線で食べられず、一人暮らしの部屋で、さっきまで一緒にいた家族のことを想いなが食べました…。そのことが、なみさんがお祖母様に作ってもらった稲荷寿司を食べてるシーンで、また重なって泣けました…。離れて暮らしてると本当、一緒に美味しいねって言い合って食べれることや手料理のありがたさや、年に何日かしか一緒にいられない貴重な時間がどんなに幸せか感じます…。なみさんの動画は色々な大切なことに気付かされます😭ありがとうございます🍀

I'm over 40, but have the same thoughts! Learn from Nami and practice these habits, it will do you a ton of good for the rest of your life! Self care is very important for everyone, and Nami is a master! I wish I could have learned this when I was 16.

I have been suffering from extreme fatigue for the last two or three years, and the last 4 months have been especially exhausting. After work all I can do is go to sleep some days. Watching these videos calms me and inspires me to make the best of what I can. It might not be a nice as Nami, but I can sure hope. You are really helping us so much. Thank you! ❤

山うどは採れたてだと周りの皮を剥いで味噌をつけてそのまま食べたりします。あとは炒め物でも美味しいですよ。(母方の祖父が山菜採りが趣味で母の実家にいくとそのようにして振舞ってくれていました)

突然思い出したように小学生の子供を連れて札幌に飛行機でラーメンを食べに行く人がいました。観光もしないでトンボ帰り。他の人から見ると首を傾げる事でしょうね。裕福ではないけど時々する。帰った後はいつもスッキリと笑顔で。最近思うけどそうゆう事は大切な時間かと。お金や時間のロスでなくて心の問題かと。ナミさんは節約家ですがよく理解していると思います。

I have just finished cleaning my bathroom felt inspired by you. I am 62 yrs and live on my own except for one cat one dog. I love the respect Asian society has for the elders the parents grandparents. Lots of lovely people from hong kong moved in my area and they are the most lovely respectful people.
