That's quite the opposite if you are sleeping after 2-3AM before how you can suddenly sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 5:00AM . Your body will yell at you. Instead try first for 8 then 6:30 then 5: AM

It is very easy to wake up early and for people like who sleep at 2 3 am wont be able to wakeup early you are only destroying your body timing and it doesn't even matter to wake up early day what matters the most is how you make your day productive

Subh jaldi uthne ke liye ham pr koi pressure hona chahiye . Ya agr hum na uthe subhe to hum khud ko punish kare. Mene bhi ye try kiya ki agr me subh jldi nahi uthi to me snap ki streak tod dungi 😂😂 it's funny but trust me i woke up at 5: 50. You can also try this. Ap khud ko din bhr phone na chalane ki ya na sone ki koi bhi punishment de sakte ho.
