Just a food safety tip: don't reuse the marinade from your chicken!! General rule: "once a marinade or sauce has come into contact with raw meat it is no longer safe to consume." That goes with pretty much anything, tbh. If it comes into contact with raw meat, it needs to be cleaned/sanitized/not eaten. Also, when it comes to leftover rice: make sure not to keep it longer than a few days. Leftover rice is a really common spreader of food poisoning. Regarding protein powder!! Try Ghost protein!! They're my favorite. They have a lot of fun flavors, especially if you like sweet things.
