What time do you guys normally wake up? ✨This honestly made me want to start waking up earlier regularly! Probably not 5am but maybe 6? 🙈

I feel like that's a good time! I'm usually around 7, sometimes 8 with quarantine 🙈 but there's just something so nice about an early morning (once I can get myself to resist the snooze button 💛)

It’s a challenge to wake up early but I remember the days when we would have 5-6am prayer at church and it felt sooo good waking up early, praying together, seeing the sunrise, etc. There is truly something special with sacrificing sleep and time to wake up earlier, get up, and spend time with God💕

This is awesome! I've been thinking about sharing my early morning routine on my channel. 🌻 I was intentional about doing my quiet time super early in March-May so I could go catch sunrises (which I hadn't watched in a while) because of the fresh reminder that life is short but also Isaiah 60:1-2's encouragement (love the MSG version). I've still been getting up early (but the sun's rising suuper early now 😂)

3am The Bible states Jesus would wake up while it was still dark to be alone with the Father. Mar 1:35 ISV In the morning, while it was still very dark, Jesus got up and went to a deserted place and prayed there. Since my wife passed away a month ago these times of being alone with God has been my only comfort. May the Lord richly bless you sis as you pursue to be early with the Lord. Psa 63:1 KJV O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee........

I think worship is a part of everyday life for the believer, but as for setting aside a day for Sabbath, I generally do it whatever day works best that week. Then Sundays I go to church 😊

Mostly songs. Songs mean a lot to me. I usually have playlists for different kinds of needs. I have a playlist called "my escape". That's for songs that tend to free my soul so that I can do some soul searching. They also help me bring things like my pain, shame and hurt before the Lord. Stuff like that. I also have one called "lifted hands". That's for songs that lead me in worship and praise before God. Just to adore Him and love Him...I think you get what I mean Kaci. So I was just hoping to hear what music means to you and what kind of songs you listen to, and if there are any particular songs that mean something special to you. Your favorite bands, artistes and things like that. Basically, just your own special relationship with music. That would really mean a lot. You could even do a top ten songs that have blessed your heart this week or month. Just do it your way. I hope I didn't complicate this too much. 😊 Blessings!
