Years ago, after decades of meditation and deep yearning for Awakening, I was sitting by a mountain stream and decided to deeply ask for the true knowledge of "Who am I" at the very core. I was immediately presented with an experience of Emptiness. I was so disappointed since I was looking for something, not "Nothing". I asked again with all the depth of both yearning and surrender I could muster and was presented with an even deeper Nothingness. I was so disappointed I stopped meditating for a few years. It wasn't until Adya spoke a sentence that unlocked my heart that everything fell away and I recognized the emptiness as the greatest gift. Blessings Adya❤for your years of offering.

Thank you. This is wonderful. Know your Self by forgetting the self you've been taught to believe is you. There is no you and there are no others. All is the One timeless unchanging Self. Love gratitude peace always. 💛🙏🌟

I think 4 myself what is labeled as waking up= just the end of the I- dentification with the body mind and the sensory play. Aum ❤

You go on while you forget your name and form, which was added to you anyway. 😊

I’d love to forget myself. I’m not much but I’m all I think about. It’s awful. It really is. I’ve had several very profound awakenings but mind identification always starts again and subsequently so does suffering. Sigh.

Forget about forgetting yourself, turn the volume right down & allow yourself to play in the background.

@@codegrey9944that’s what I do. Sometimes it feels like babysitting myself. Go for a walk, get breakfast, pick a task and be present doing it. Then I forget about myself. 😅

Suffering is a catalyst for growth. It’s important to transmute these energies through creation, turn your pain into something beautiful. Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. When we surrender, ego preferences we exit karma and enter dharma

show me that which no longer serves me, of that which I can now let go, a broader perspective of what is not needed, creating a clearing for that which is greater to fill 🙏
