Todd didn't complain or make this allegation. He's a mechanical engineer; he's not stopped. Or in this sport of alpha males in which Todd appears to be one himself, he is not masculine enough to speak up for himself? Is that your assertion? Todd Hutchings isn't an alpha male? More likely he is an alpha male and recognizes and respects refs and their rulings and he won't make excuses. Win in a way where there's no doubt that remains for the refs. Devon looks kind of out of shape... still this match was intense. When I saw Devon switch to the King's in the second round I thought it looked cool. The way he does the transition is very smooth, and movie like. I disagree with his talk at the end though; give Todd more time. He has heavyweight potential!

He was, his hand drops below the level of the string, watch the replay slowly. If there was a camera at the level of the string you would see it easy. Considering Devon's larger size compared to every other recent video on the internet since the beginning of the year, I'd expect him to be pulling Todd with a lot more ease (Jujimufu/Pound for Pound/Japan/India/Australia). Probably on the level of domination. It almost seems as if he's intentionally letting Todd put him in that position as practice. This seemed reminiscent of some of the practice pulls recorded in Australia in the Pound for Pound channel.

See the difference between how Larrat used the kings move and how Todd used it is prettty simple. Todd Had BOTH shoulders below the table which should be called a foul. Larrat kept both shoulders above the table and used it properly. He did drop his shoulder once below the table and was asked to move up and did so. Thats how you properly reff the move.
