When I heard they use the same shells as the flypoint and wingchester I got even more interested. When funding comes together I like the idea of a shell ejecting loadout just for the fun factor. In other nerf, I've been eyeing the sneak peeks of the QWK Edge with interest.

i had the chance to follow the creation process while chatting with domochevsky... for me the blaster was called DoubleFireFun (DoppelFeuerSpaß) from the first moment, because you hit someone in front of the barrel and the colleague standing next to you. and the fun part is when you don't slip on the shells on the ground.

Some extra ideas for the blaster - a catch for the loading handle if the mag is empty (mechanical a pin which gets pressed evertytime a shell is in position before fireing ) - the flip which is flipped up when the blaster is activated gets an intigrated iron sign so if your turn it if you flip it down Greetings from Germany

Ok, this as a former mechanical engineering student that dropped out 🤣🤣🤣, this makes me want to get a good 3d printer and work on something with a rev trigger like that. And, I'm not a fan of the shell ejection for the purpose of actual game play. But, a belt fed, half dart mounted machine gun...that's something I could see building. The rate of fire doesn't have to be too high...but just make larger belts of 100 - 150 darts. A suppression MACHINE!!!! I know that the rival already has something akin to that. And, balls at any speed being sprayed like that will hit pretty much everything, but I want more power and I want half lengths lol.

The thing is that potentially, this is actually an innovative design since you can't really have double stack mags with just darts cause they're squishy. So if you trading rof for capacity that's fine. The accuracy is a bigger problem though.

@@Lavender_Fox Yeah it is the Worker Dominator with 40-round double stack mag. They weren't super dependable with used darts because they would squish and misalign. They did work (especially with good darts) but never became popular because people didn't trust it. That problem would be totally fixed with non-compressible darts like Ultra or Dragon Darts, which is why everyone has mentioned it. But then you have the problem all non-standard mags have in that you have to buy a bunch of them for a limited number of blasters. (which is why Ultra should have been double stack from the start.) With non-compressible darts you can do more with feed designs generally. I bet someone could design a double stack mag that becomes single stack at the top and is compatible with existing Ultra magwells.
