There was one thing that I had - AMBITION. In the past 13 years since this song came out my ambition carried me forward. Hard work. Commitment. . Knowing that you were going to change the course and blow everyone away with your success.... I'm now at the top of my game. 13 years in a career and senior level. Successful by all means. Got 2 degrees, paid it myself. Salary increased 8 fold. Became a master at my trade. Got a family. Had kids. Got all the toys I could have ever wanted as a kid. All my friends who never succeeded asked me how I did it, and honestly... it's ambition. It's going to take TIME, but if you keep at it, trust it WILL happen. You just need to believe and you need to pay your dues and it will all come... but don't miss the time, people, and trip along the way: "Easy to dream a dream, but much harder to live it". The funny part is my only problem is now everyone hates on people who succeed😂. Even though I grew up with nothing and made something everyone hates on it now. They don't think you could know what it's like to eat dollar store mac and cheese cooked on a hotplate in a freezing apartment because your mom couldn't afford the gas bill. They don't think you could have done all that work yourself... but like when I was younger, "haters gonna hate" and nothing will change that.

This dropped Mar 13, which is 6 days before I had my son. A junior in college almost there when i found out. 6 months later fall term ended and I left. Went back to Chicago, started all over. Obtained an Associates degree, with a 3.9 G.P.A, did it on my own and i'm still not where I want to be but today my son is 6 and I'm currently working in Real Estate. I'm unsatisfied because of my ambition to be more. I came back to this song because it reminds me of my ambition to never give up. 2018 I'm still listening!

I surrendered when I found out and the judge was understanding and I was released and the warrant rescinded. Mild hiccup to start the year but I'm locked in and cut off quite a few ppl. Man I'm looking at a pretty bad situation because I sold gps devices to a guy who said he owned a fishing company, I ordered them directly from ebay using my email, my ebay account, my credit card, even ordered them directly to my house and even paid import taxes, everything legit. I think what brings people down financially is trying to have the latest and greatest all the time. That’s why it’s hard for us to save but if you budget wisely and be smart with you’re finances.
