this man really love dancing and being a singer is not his expected career because he wanted to be a dancer that's why he's a part of a cover group before. even people who knows him before didn't know that he can sing that well because he doesn't show his singing skills. he knows he can sing but being a trainee in showbt he pursues in singing and dancing at the same time.

Waleska & Efra, another fun fact. Stell wasn't really that much into singing before SB19. He was heavily into dancing and was part of a kpop dance cover group that competed in different asian countries. His group was able to meet BTS as part of the prize when they won the competition in Incheon, SK in 2014. Some of his friends say he doesn't sing much before. When asked what he wants to do if SB19 didn't happen, he wants to have a dance choreography studio and be a pastry chef because he loves baking cakes.

A fan-made channel SHINING STELL has the complete versions of each song he sang on that Tiktok live. I always go back to that channel whenever I want to relax and just listen to his voice. I adore that guy so much! He's the happy pill, mood setter, life of the party, and the sunshine boy of SB19. And obviously, for A'tin too. He went live on tiktok again recently just talking to fans while eating and the latest one where he did his skin care at our request. You might want to check it out at your own time Waleska. Waleska, we share the same desire to see Stell on the stage, doing musical theatre. He's awesome. His parents love singing and he grew up singing -- no formal musical training until he trained under their current agency (ShowBT) 6 years ago. He was more exposed to the dance community in his teens and competed in dance cover competitions overseas. His friends were not aware he can sing like this until he became part of SB19. But he's totally gifted.

Stell’s voice is so beautiful. I definitely can see him singing in theater or as a solo artist as well, although SB19 wouldn’t be the same without him! (Hence the wonderful gift of solo projects). Probably, this particular 'TikTok' singing is kinda his way of testing his vocals for something else in a different genre, towards another type of singing. Oh my gosh Waleska! I literally jumped out of my skin seeing the thumbnail. I requested this like a month ago. That PANGAKO he was singing was a REGINE VELASQUEZ song. The other one where he belted was Celine Dion's IT'S ALL COMING BACK TO ME NOW. A little background. He doesn't really do Tiktok live during the day. He usually does it late night. That's why we were surprised he went live in the afternoon. Then he went on to sing like 10 songs and we were like what's happening? Are you brokenhearted or something? Then when OUR ZONE concert happened and they showed individual emotional interviews of them, he was wearing the same clothes, we learned that he did the live and the interview on the same day. Then one of his friends tweeted that he went on tiktok live to FEEL BETTER. The interview was about how he wasn't given the chance before no matter what skills he showed because he doesn't have the VISUALS. He added that no matter how long ago the rejection was, he still has the pain in him up to this day. He cried in that interview. But his friend said that after that tiktok live, he was reassured that a lot of people love him. His livestreams are always jampacked because he's a total entertainer. You'll never get bored because he's TOO TALKATIVE. He's a GEMINI. Hahaha!

The tagalog song you heard is “Pangako” is originally by Regine Velasquez from a long time ago, it’s very popular in the Karaoke and is thus not only commonly sung here, it’salso commonly heard. Just a trivia, Stell prefers to dance than sing. He was sent to singing lessons when he was in his primary years but he fell in love to dancing and focused on honing that talent. Maybe you already know that he became a member of a multi-awarded cover group (Se-on) wherein Josh later on joined as well. Among the SB19 members, Stell is the one who does a lot of random song covers or compose songs while playing Ukulele (an instrument he's still learning to play after being encouraged by Pablo) since most of his Lives are in Tiktok and not on YT/FB (unlike Josh, Pablo, Ken/ Felip and Justin who are really into game streaming).
