What I'm getting is that the entire Queencard song is a fever dream that comes while Soyeon is under anesthesia. She wakes up, realizes she loves herself the way she is and her positive self image now shines out of her, and THAT makes everyone around her see her as beautiful.

Queen card comes from in Korea they say (Queen ca) meaning like an it girl like Regina George from mean girls. And they also used it represent the Queen card in the deck or cards as part of the album cover too. So clever, I loved it

Hence why Kim Kardashian is described in the song as "Look so cool, look so sexy", but Ariana is the total opposite describing her as "Look so cute, look so pretty". @Swducyeah, they are aware of things people say about it but... they may just leave it be cuz its working for them. Tomboy had some of those "cringey lines" or whatever (i dont really care) but it still managed to be one of the top songs of 2022 kpop (especially in asian countries like Korea and China).
