Actually, he only learned how to play the drums before his shot for his scene on the MV. So technically, he didn’t know how to play drums until probably a day or 2 before filming the MV. Hyunsuk even said this on their countdown vlive, he said he learned how to play part of the song on the drums for the MV.

treasure vocals are actually one of the strongest and diverse vocals this 4th gen kpop groups. Bang Yedam which is one of the members is well known in korea even before he was a kid since he won first runner up in kpop star and a really very great singer. he's called justin bieber of korea . This song is about a young love that is innocent but at the same time really reckless and overwhelming~ That’s why it had that sweet vibe but also that chaotic moments (“the wave of feelings”) I would say the strong suit of Treasure would be their chemistry + their variety skills Many groups have members whose bonds are built purely cuz they are a group but Treasure are tgt cuz they are real close friends and buddies. They’ve been on many shows now and every article that writes about them mention how approachable and funny the guys are even without the staff members telling them what to do. They are a naturally funny, cute, chaotic but still approachable presence - acting more like your friends than idols. And ofc their performance skills are AMAZING and ya like you said they are just starting~ so we’ll just have to keep supporting and see where they go from here UP UP UP

Yes, they’re incredible vocalists and rappers. They came from YG Treasure Box which was a competition. They competed for the spot which where they are right now. They have assessments during the competition, they have to perform and show their talents. But here's a fun fact, if you're looking for a ballad, check out Bang Yedam's solo debut (he's the main vocalist of treasure btw) "Wayo", and actually the vocal line of treasure covered that song right after! I would love some more treasure content. I’ve been waiting for their debut since their survival show in 2018 😭😭😂 so Imagine being a fan for 2 years with only one song repeating until “Boy” dropped. They are like my babies😭😭 I literally watched them grow from children into artists.... well they’re still children but you know what I mean. Treasure consist of members aged from 15-21. They are extremely talented and incredible performance. They were formed through a survival show named treasure box. The entire lines/phrases and beats of this song described the feelings or the heartbeat of the main character when he's in love with a person. The guy in 0:46 (Junghwan, the maknae) is the main character in this song. The heart you have seen in his left chest while wearing an earphone let us know what he feels or what he feels inside. Then the next scenes in the MV show the mixed emotions of being in love. You could see that the BEAT/BEATDROPS getting slow, then it becomes faster. The main character heart beats faster like it's a fantasy, joyful, happiness represented by the waves and the colorful background but when his mind tells the risk of it which is represented by motorcycle and the dark background. But despite of the risks and the uncertainties, he choose to love because of the happiness and excitement every time the girl comes into his mind which is represented by the fast beat drops while the members dancing into it with the dark background. Then at the end, the main character met the girl as he listened to his HEART rather than the thoughts of his mind as he choose LOVE. Yeah! Love makes us crazy but we feel satisfied and grateful of the happiness it can bring to us. THE MAIN CHARACTER represents the TREASURE and THE GIRL represents their fans TREASURE MAKERS/TEUMES.

While Treasure's video definitely has the YG dazzle, Efra asked if Treasure's strong suit is dancing. You guys really need to check out Bang Ye Dam's(YG's longest trainee joined at 11 debuted at 17) MV solo WAYO which preceded their debut. It's ACOUSTIC and beautiful. Also, the five main vocalists did a performance video with him so you can then see their vocal abilities (which are through the roof). Ye Dam also did a duet with AKMU's Lee Su Hyun (who i believe you guys reacted to AKMU's music), but together their acoustic duet is probably my favorite vocal performance recently.

Their rapline actually had something to do with their debut song and the b-side of this single album. Alsoooo the eldest member here is 1999. They're young but they've went through a brutal survival show to make up treasure. Well not as brutal as WIN and Mix and Match (survival shows that made up IKON and WINNER, also YG boy groups) but they're kids that time. They've also waited 2 years to debut. Also the one in the drum scene was the eldest and the leader of Treasure, Hyunsuk. He can actually play drums. The deep voice is Haruto, he is Japanese and he's only 17.
