I have been to Nepal countless of times and I once had the privilege and honor to watch the live concert of The Elements. I had the language barrier but my Nepali friends tried to translate the lyrics into English. The Element is a class act band with their beautiful melodies and acustics. They are serene yet vibrant in so many ways. I also love Sabin Rai, even without understanding the lyrics. Nep-Hop is also in my favourite list. Much love from Bangladesh.

omggg i went to sajjan's last concert in london and he is sooooo good!!! 😭 but good news he is coming back again this year! so you guys have another chance 👀 As a nepali who was raised in the UK and lived in nepal for few years as a kid, i was only exposed to song i heard in tv or songs my families would sing/hum around the house but i had really explored nepali music in past few years, i always think about how underrated nepali music is.

Both Sajjan and Lil Buddha are way different in their styles, however they both represent good music vibes. I love them both! Please do check out Yamma Buddha, an OG in Nep-hop (Nepal Hip-Pop).. There are tons of hidden gems in Nepalese music which is so underrated.

You missed 'Sabin Rai'. Many singers have come and gone, gave us great hits then dissapeared. Sabin Rai is one of those few singers who has been giving us hits after hits for the last 2 decades. He is still as relevent as he was in 2001. Also there is a Band called The Edge band which you should check out.

@@gunjankhanal Thank you. Sabin Rai is still underappreciated and underrated in my opinion maybe because he does not market himself like many other artists. Dude hardly does any interviews or podcasts. He gained his fans truly due to his singing capability and stage performance.

I agree. If there is any artist that can represent Nepali Rock/Pop scene in the international stage than it is Sabin Rai. His unique husky voice is a mix of Rod Stewart and Bryan Adams. Also i recommend do recation to The Edge band's "Timro Yaad".

If you go indepth with the nepali music, you will understand that it has emotions with it, also nepali tone and nepalsese language is so good for the rap and hiphop indsutry as well, it's way above the par. Try listening to beloved Yama Buddha as well. He revolutionized the rap industry in nepal in a very good way by telling the struggle, lifestyle, history of nepal. And nice video loved it. ❤

FYI: 1974AD band there is 3 lead singers, the drummer and the both of the guitarists. They're really the evergreen and respected band of Nepal. Plus we guys need to listen to Sajjan Raj Vaidya other commercial songs, popular ones and also Sushant K C's as well..
