Even though Diljit Dosanjh got worldwide fame mainly due to his Punjabi Rap songs, he is an artist to the bone. He is a fan of literature, and an amazing actor as well. He has played a plethora of characters ranging from emotional and strong (In movies like Punjab 1984, Soorma) to extremely funny and stupid characters in movies like good newz and honsla rakh. To top it all off he's a gem of a human being.An artist actually worth diving deeper into.

With classical singers too, you feel the pressure on diaphragm in those positions but the daily rehearsal culture and accuracy that the scale demands here, that with enough practice, breath economy and become siting positions become natural. It also helps that cross-legged is the most common sitting position and the default in traditional singing lessons.
