They did not want to help me when the Catalina machine was down so I made them void the whole transaction and move to another machine. The manager was mad at Walgreens, but it's her fault for not helping me!!!!

It happened at my store but all 3 register's were down so the manager added Walgreens cash toy account and gave me an extra $10.00 for all the frustration I had to go through at the same store 3 days on a row

I’ve never had as many problems with the RR not printing as I have this week!! They said they aren’t allowed to add it to our account anymore we have to go through the Catalina co. 😠

I find you have to he very proactive when I go to check out. Some of the cashiers dont care to assist in helping you get rewards, just quick scan items and say oh you forgot to post your number in. NOOOO you didn't let me know to put in the info. Now I just jump on that before they even start scanning. Hope this helps 😊

😂 I didn’t know the cashier’s had the ability to refill the paper . I always hear it’s not working because it’s out of paper. I thought some specialist from a Catalina had to do it 🤦🏽‍♀️

Cashier don't like me. They shop for sales stuff on the clock. If I supposed to get coupons, I usually have to call customer service.

Think what? Ibotta is a great app so I highly recommend doing it. You also should split up your deals into separate transactions so you can roll your rewards to significantly lower your cost. That’s what I teach my students in my Journey to Savings Program

Or you could do your deals, not have the RR print then ask for the manager to credit you in points. If they refuse you can have the cashier void the transaction and give you your money back. All while a long line is forming behind you. Yup that's less of a PITA than answering a question.

You have to have a paper receipt to submit to cash back apps. No digital receipts works besides fetch.
