I remembered that sometimes using RR for the same deal won't generate a new RR... (like using a crest RR in a crest deal), is it fine if you use multiple in a transaction like the spend booster scenario? I don't think I've run into that issue yet because I got allegra/xyzal the last few spend booster promotions lol Because I have RR from doing crest & colgate this week and wasn't sure if that's be a problem using it on next week's deals

Yes price before coupons. If you have any RR that say store cpn, those do affect the total so make sure total after store cpn, before mfr cpn meets the goal
