It might be very tricky, as many things are not possible gifts, but with the traveling cart it is possible to get most extra items. Although you cannot get quality crops. I do not think that there is any way to get quality crop except by planting, so we might have to find something...

The villagers deliver their own mail. As for why they spouses don't send you mail, they live on the farm and give you a gift, They don't need to sneak up on the farm at the ass crack of dawn to stuff some stuff in the mailbox.

The spouses don't mail you gifts because they give them directly to you when you're married. You could maybe argue they should ship you friendship gifts through the mail - but most of them are either living with a relative, or in a dubious career position. So they probably don't have a lot of spare cash until they live with you.

I would like to say that this challenge would need to be modified slightly for the community center, cause depending on if you go standard or remixed bundles and rng, you may need to do a lot more actual work than just waiting on stuff to arrive in the mailbox. Part of the problem is that most npcs have a 3-4 item list of gifts they send in the mail. Most marriage canidates do not have a mail gift list availible on the wiki leading me to think that most spouses do not send anything and are more useful after marriage than before, and based on wiki pages abigail is one of the more likely spouses to give a gift with all her gifts having a monitary value. However, If I had to give the potential challenge a proper challenge would be running a standard bundle set but you can only earn money from the mail (you can also use mailed items to help complete the community center) to upgrade tools/backpacks and buy needed items from the stores around the valley.

Question: what's your source for "better gifts with higher levels"? iirc (and if wiki is correct) - you get equal chance of getting any one of possible gifts with every NPC that sends them if they have any friendship with you at all (above 0). What higher friendship improves is a _chance_ of getting any gift from them. Idk exact numbers, but let's say (f.e.) you get 5% a day at 1 heart and 50% at 10 hearts. So higher friendship means more gifts, more often. As for what exactly you get in the mail is just random roll when you open it and can be manipulated - just reload the day and you can get maki roll from Linus - or catfish - or largemouth bass. Get exactly what you want from that NPC in that moment - as long as you have patience to restart.😉

my guess: there is a hidden device disguised as the bottom of the shipping box. so every night he teleports its contents to his house then adds the funds to your bank account. just like the mailbox below it also has a pocket dimension since you can put insane amounts of objects in it and not get the message of capacity being full. mailbox explained: no one really checks how a mailbox is built so considering the size of the things that can be mailed/ejected, it is a pocket dimension with the outer shell looking like a mailbox. it has coordinates for mayor lewis to use his teleport pad to deliver items. making it bigger on the inside and able to puke out huge things whole like giant cakes without squishing them. magic and supernatural is 100% confirmed as a functional part of this world. so magical devices/advanced science devices have equal likelihoods of being the source of this device use. heck all forms of storage likely have bigger on the inside qualities in this world. you can carry insane amounts in your pants too. you can also buy insane amounts of items from all stores without them really having a storage building for you to retrieve items from.

Yeah, this wasn't very satisfying. If anyone gives you any items that sells for ANY gold, then yes, it's possible. It's not really satisfying to just watch you cheat to max friendship and wait to win. It's like asking if you can get the joja route with only potatoes. Of course you can, but if you just start up a new file and cheat a million potatoes into your inventory, what's the point?

the process is still the same, just incredibly more tedious. you'll be getting all of the items from NPCs if you get 10 hearts with them. but this is stupidly long without cheats. it's clear in the video that even with cheats, it took a _long time_ of sleeping that he only has 25k gold just from selling items. after that just 16k more. before he started the new save, he didn't even have enough to buy all of the Joja upgrades. this would take an unfathomably long time doing it where you do max friendship the normal way. so honestly if he didn't cheat the friendships in, it would be stupid to attempt a max friendship run with EVERYONE and then sleeping for years to accumulate the money enough to buy every single Joja upgrade.

If you want to max friendship out manually and wait 20 in-game years for enough gifts to accumulate the gold for the entire Joja community upgrade process, then by all means, do it. It is virtually impossible to do so when your only income is through the mailbox.
