Kindly advise, how about getting a 1 Bed/2 Bath apartment in International City as I have talked to different property agents there and everybody has a different point of view regarding the prices. Moreover, I want to buy for the purpose of investment and to rent it out to a family. My question is: 1. what can be the price of the apartment, as per my need? 2. What will be the rental value? 3. and lastly which area in International City will give a good value for money in future in terms of investment and rent?
