I started my journey yesterday. The first Saturday in a very long time I chose not to drink alcohol. I didn’t even smoke weed for the first time in 14 months. I went on a massive walk with an old friend. Then afterwards I went to the gym and played this song. I read a good book before I went to bed and guess what? The next day (right now) I feel great for it. That’s just one day of changes and I’ve gone from crying while eating my lunch to smiling while I write this. Within 24 hours. Changes starts within self. We can do this guys 👊

I found flying alone to be scary lonely. Anxiety and depression made me feel like flying alone causes me to over think who I am and what im made for. I love this song so much because I feel like I can only walk my own path to get where I'm struggling to make it. I've walked alone all my life. Mom kicked me out at 15, I joined the Army at 17 (now retired). I have 5 brothers and sisters, never hear from them. They live 1,000 miles from me. I don't stay alone, I have my puppy and that's all I need. Unconditional LOVE!

Walking alone on ones destined path, means that we learn more, as there is no one to cloud our inner vision...We are never alone anyway, even if others think we are...I learned this and was taught this many moons ago...I feel that the person conveying this too me, did so knowing that I had been abandoned in childhood by a prime caregiver in my life, and wanted to show me, that not only are we connected by our thoughts if on the same vibrational frequency and also that no spiritual connection to anyone is ever lost in regards to space time and distance. As undisputed the truth gets. I’m actually going through that right now. I would prefer to work with only a select few or by myself but I am on a crew with the job I do.
