*I lived in the USA, Texas, New York (The garbage is still that) Now I live in Ottawa in Canada, after such adventures you begin to appreciate what happened in Russia, you understand that there are a lot of advantages, calmly, little crime, there are not so many drug addicts and homeless people...*

Oh nice, thank you. I don't want to hurt them, but I do want them to go away, or stay in the grass and stop crawling along the path.

Looking at your will-be-garden, i see the best 'medicine' for depression. A man needs to create, build, transform reality to be happy. i'm no saying tgat you're idle. Just something 'solid', that can be seen and touched made by your own hands helps fighting deression much better. And you've got a lot of work around. And a couple of cold beers in the end of a day, not to forget the troubles, but to celebrate the deeds.😊

Elena almost exclusively speaks to me in Russian, although she has enjoying all the new English she has learned since she met me, so I have to remind her to speak in Russian sometimes))) And yes, she didn't like the bars either, they have sugar in them. I can't read the labels, but I need something healthy and portable to carry with me in public in case my blood sugar drops.

That's not it. I am not idle. I'm frustrated from trying different things all day and night for six months, and then having to deal with judgmental comments like this one. If you're reading idleness into me, that is your problem.
