Looking at your will-be-garden, i see the best 'medicine' for depression. A man needs to create, build, transform reality to be happy. i'm no saying tgat you're idle. Just something 'solid', that can be seen and touched made by your own hands helps fighting deression much better. And you've got a lot of work around. And a couple of cold beers in the end of a day, not to forget the troubles, but to celebrate the deeds.😊

Elena almost exclusively speaks to me in Russian, although she has enjoying all the new English she has learned since she met me, so I have to remind her to speak in Russian sometimes))) And yes, she didn't like the bars either, they have sugar in them. I can't read the labels, but I need something healthy and portable to carry with me in public in case my blood sugar drops.
