While I was looking for a workout to use with my ladies Bible group, I rediscovered this one. I decided to preview it this morning, using 8# weights. I think it will be perfect for my group, as we have a wide range of fitness levels and most of the ladies are a little older and/or don't work out regularly. By not using weights, most of them should be able to get through the moves. Thank you, Jessica, for providing so many different options.

This is my first time doing this routine, I think. At least, I don't remember doing it before, so it felt really fresh. Recently, we had an unseasonably early snow, and it's thrown off my morning routine because I always walk my dog before my workout. People who live in snowy, cold climates will probably think I'm just being a baby, but I've been confounded by how long it takes me to change into and out of suitably warm dog-walking clothes in the morning. Besides adding all those extra layers, I've also discovered that walking in snow and on sometimes icy sidewalks slows me down considerably. Thus, for pretty much this whole week, I've struggled to fit in my dog walk and a full workout before work in the morning. This 20 minute Lower Body Circuit Walk perfectly fit my needs today! The length was just what I needed, yet I still felt like I got in some good quality movement with fairly light weights (I used 5 lb.). I am actually sweating a little :). Thanks for yet another great option for working out, Jessica!

This is just as amazing and fun as the upper body walk circuit! Did them both back to back and used 8 pounds but now know I can go heavier. This is just perfect. I'm so happy I found you today! I have digenerative disc disease among other back issues and constantly in chronic pain...I'm only 28.. I was told this week too stop practicing yoga (which is my life) and working out and basically start from scratch. I feel disgusting when I can't work out in any aspect. I love hiit and strength training and testing my body's ability but I can't now. so I'm happy I came across your videos for walking and light weight training. so at least now I can do a work out daily without harming myself more. 💖🌷 and your fun!

Brilliant! I remember you telling us that to keep your balance when you are standing on one leg you can just hold on with your fingers to the earlobe on the side you are standing on. I can tell you it works perfectly for one leg squats: try it! TY, Jessica.

I did this workout being part of the Fall Challenge. I can have the tendency to choose shorter workouts due to the time I have, but this Fall workout schedule is therefor so great, because then I do the workouts, although they might be longer. Day 4 of the Fall Back into Fitness challenge for me. I really love how you are running DVDs and KZbin videos side by side, it's a great combination. This one looks so 'easy' but get into a bit and you'll find it's not. Love it! I also love 'trick' cardio, where you don't want to really do cardio, but do something else accidentally turns into more than light cardio, but you don't mind (like some of these moves).
