My kids and my husband are my inspiration ! I want to be healthy and around for many, many years ! Working out everyday makes me feel great, even if it is a quick 20 minute workout !!

You are beyond awesome Jessica....just started back regular exercises about 3 months now and your videos have been invaluable ! I have knee issues and your vids are just what the Doctor ordered. It has helped me shed, along with healthier eating, 20 lbs...and counting. Thank you!

While I was looking for a workout to use with my ladies Bible group, I rediscovered this one. I decided to preview it this morning, using 8# weights. I think it will be perfect for my group, as we have a wide range of fitness levels and most of the ladies are a little older and/or don't work out regularly. By not using weights, most of them should be able to get through the moves. Thank you, Jessica, for providing so many different options.

I want to thank you for your wonderful series, the great workouts and fantastic variety, but even more so, your incredible attitude and personality. It is obvious how much you care about your viewers. I also appreciate how modest you are. With a house full of girls it is really important to me that there are healthy role models for them. This was my first time trying this particular workout and I really enjoyed it. It got me sweating without making me feel exhausted, and was just right for the amount of time I had.

Just finished this and thought my phone was getting messages during the cool down as that song is my SMS tone! Haha! Will have to remember not to get distracted at the end each time! Loved the routine though. I'm off to do one mile upper body now. Thanks Jessica, all the way from Australia! P.S. Can't wait for the new DVDs! They are on my Amazon Wishlist xx

This is my first time doing this routine, I think. At least, I don't remember doing it before, so it felt really fresh. Recently, we had an unseasonably early snow, and it's thrown off my morning routine because I always walk my dog before my workout. People who live in snowy, cold climates will probably think I'm just being a baby, but I've been confounded by how long it takes me to change into and out of suitably warm dog-walking clothes in the morning. Besides adding all those extra layers, I've also discovered that walking in snow and on sometimes icy sidewalks slows me down considerably. Thus, for pretty much this whole week, I've struggled to fit in my dog walk and a full workout before work in the morning. This 20 minute Lower Body Circuit Walk perfectly fit my needs today! The length was just what I needed, yet I still felt like I got in some good quality movement with fairly light weights (I used 5 lb.). I am actually sweating a little :). Thanks for yet another great option for working out, Jessica!

This was my walk for this morning I really enjoy your walking workouts I worked my lower body while getting a walk in and getting my heart rate up all in a shorter amount of time plus these walks are great for waking up my body and getting it moving before I start my day thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great Wednesday 😀

Jessica, thank you so much for this Indoor Walking, Low Impact, Strength Training workout. I didn't realize I would be sweating so much after this exercise. I'm thankful I was able to finish to the end. The balancing part had me shaky, so I think you for the options. I will continue to work on my balance. Thank you again. I loved this workout. Enjoyed this one again. Motivated to do it after our motivational walk. Really motivated to continue with a few more but I am off out to a Proms Concert at The Royal Albert Hall tonight and I need to clean up. See you tomorrow for some more. I do love those paintings. It is motivational too isn't it to have beautiful things around you.

This is just as amazing and fun as the upper body walk circuit! Did them both back to back and used 8 pounds but now know I can go heavier. This is just perfect. I know you have a walking DVD using the resistance band as I own it. Now you Need to put this format on a DVD! I would definitely buy it. Thank you. My 8 lb weights match your shoes!

I'm so happy I found you today! I have digenerative disc disease among other back issues and constantly in chronic pain...I'm only 28.. I was told this week too stop practicing yoga (which is my life) and working out and basically start from scratch. I feel disgusting when I can't work out in any aspect. I love hiit and strength training and testing my body's ability but I can't now. so I'm happy I came across your videos for walking and light weight training. so at least now I can do a work out daily without harming myself more. 💖🌷 and your fun!

Brilliant! I remember you telling us that to keep your balance when you are standing on one leg you can just hold on with your fingers to the earlobe on the side you are standing on. I can tell you it works perfectly for one leg squats: try it! TY, Jessica.

LOVED this one Jessica!! thanks for this I have been nursing a pinched nerve for a week in my lower back and used 2 5lb dumbbells for this routine and it was just enough to get me back into the swing of things.

This is was a really super way to begin my day today. I haven’t had time to exercise for a few days so I am now ready for more. This was a great start. Love the Healthy for the Holidays equation of Strength +Stretch + Steps.

I love your workouts. Just finished this one for the first time. I think holding the weights was a great addition to the walk! Felt it in my legs for sure. Awesome addition to your collection. I love these new workouts! I was hoping for a lower body one since we had the upper body one. I think I'll try this one without weights first, though to get the hang of it and then I'll do it again with weights. Thanks for all the fun new workouts, Jessica!!!

Enjoyed this one very much. This workout has been a super start to my day. I am now motivated now to attend my kickboxing class later today. I haven't been for two weeks and I was wondering whether I should go. This has motivated me to continue Jessica. Thank you very much for all these great workouts. Missed Peanut. I did this workout being part of the Fall Challenge. I can have the tendency to choose shorter workouts due to the time I have, but this Fall workout schedule is therefor so great, because then I do the workouts, although they might be longer. I teamed this workout up with the upper body version, great combo. Thank you Jessica, for the Fall workout schedule.

Day 4 of the Fall Back into Fitness challenge for me. I really love how you are running DVDs and KZbin videos side by side, it's a great combination. Even though I have the DVDs on day 4, I decided to do the Upper and Lower Body Circuits KZbin because I hadn't had the chance to do them yet. I had been using "Walk On: Walk the weight off 30 Day Plan" since receiving it for my birthday in May. Thank for a great plan to follow!! #Fallchallenge

Day 4 of the Fall Challenge. Struggling. Will be honest and say, this is rough! There are times I hate doing these exercises, but after doing them I am noticing some changes in my body. So even if these are rough for me and I hate them sometimes, I thank you so much for these!

Love this targeted workout and, as always, love being challenged by adding on the different layers. I was able to lift my leg up on the side lunge, but not the squat. Thanks for keeping up with posting these new workouts! Hope you're doing well! Getting excited for the upcoming Summer of Strength and your new WalkStrong workouts!! :)

You might like her Walk On Walk Strong dvds as they mostly use weights to build strength while walking and are all about 30 mins long.

I really like your workouts, they aren't too over strenuous and complicated too do:D It's also great for indoor exercise when I cannot sweat too much due to a surgery wound but still need to keep in shape with mild exercise:)

I partnered this with the Lower Focus from the Boost Metabolism and Build Muscle DVD from Walkstrong 2. I like this one because it just goes past so fast and as well as being a great workout it is over before you know it.

This one looks so 'easy' but get into a bit and you'll find it's not. Love it! I also love 'trick' cardio, where you don't want to really do cardio, but do something else accidentally turns into more than light cardio, but you don't mind (like some of these moves).
