It's South New Jersey. I know my state anywhere. There used to be regular commuter flights from East Windsor to Atlanta so it shouldn't be a surprise that parts of Atlanta are turning into little New Jerseys. Where we go we make everything New Jersey :)

Depends on the day of the week & the time. People work, kids go to school, inside or hanging out in the backyard.
