@@Gigiroland Well, this year is going strangely warm in Turkey and there're two possibilities either it'll continue like this and Turkey will have some water issues or the seasons will shift and Turkey will have the winter in spring but if this happens I don't think April would be so cold in Bolu anyway. Maybe you should postpone the trip for two weeks more - if possible - to be sure and have the trip after mid-april

nope i was born there. The city has 313k population but in between 2 biggest cities in Turkey so you may see Tourist crowds
