One thing I'd suggest is for the AC unit is you should have brackets on both ends. If you do travel with it...there will be a LOT of vibrations and it's pretty much balanced there in the middle.

Agreed! I have also seed folks make covers for the fins so that they dont get filthy during transport too. Seems like it would keep the AC unit working for a longer period of time.

Pretty clever with the sliding wall...I'd like to see it in operation!?

I have to admit I haven't slid it around much- But I might this season as I grow more tomatoes than I did Last year ;)

Enjoyed your video. Couple of questions. How did you make sliding wall? Anything you would do differently after this build?

I think I would have done spray foam if I did it again (maybe tow it to an insulation company and have them do it on site!) I ended up having to replace the used AC unit I got within the first season too, and replaced it with NEW. The Sliding wall is just a few sheets of foam board taped together and cut in such a way that it wedges into place.

Nice trailer! It is so sad that people buy cool bots just to lower temperature on AC units... they're wayyyy overpriced.
