Question .. so is this kind of exercise meant to energize the crowd .. OR is there any message here? like for example, setting standards or accepting change does take time and effort ... no?

It's all in how you debrief the exercise. You can do it just to get people moving around or you can use it to talk about change, getting comfortable with making mistakes, and more. Accepting change would be a great way to use the exercise.
