The Romans had a saying... by walking it is solved... sounds good right? The first time we just wanted to have an adventure, the second time was to honor someone special in ours lives that we lost. So I guess you could say the second time was to help process our grief. I don't think there is a wrong reason! Love when you said that pain is inevitable but suffering is optional! That is so very true! Loved the wine cellar in Navarette!!!! Loving your videos! Buen Camino!

@@CruisinwiththeColemans We walked the Frances in 2014. We start Porto Costa this August, then make our way to St. Jean Pied De Port to start the Frances route. When we get to Ponferrada we start the Camino Invierno. My husband retired two years ago and I retired this June. So we have nine weeks to walk.

We booked ahead. We were there in early June. We are in the Camino now, our Facebook and Instagram accounts are in real time, When do you plan to walk?

I needed to hear what you said about everyone walking the Camino for their own reasons and in their own way. I've done Sarria to Santiago, but I'm going to go back and walk more stages next year. And, yes, I'm doing it with luggage transfer and reservations and I refuse to "apologize" for that. Let's see, I guess I'm doing it for "Daydream" LOL. Because I love the active, slo-mo way to see the country. Oh, and btw, I love the music choice in this video. My favorite singer (cantante) is Alvaro Soler but I doubt his music his free. 🙂
