I think people who vandalize graves need to do a year of community service by working with the grounds crew of the same cemetery they just vandalized. Every Saturday, starting with the graves they vandalized. Definitely a sincere apology to their own family, the family/friends of the deceased, and fines to help cover the cost of any damages done.

Omar, I live in Indiana,actually Brazil, Indiana. But there a cemetery out by Staunton, which is about 5-6 mile from Brazil. But they call it hundred steps, I have been there several times but if this is the same place as your video ( haven't been there for several years) but I never found it to be scary even though its suppose to be
