Walk Through Set For Trapping How To. Pennsylvania Trapper, Steve Taylor in 2016, found this log next to a old logging road, and decided to make a walk through set for bobcat. I figured that with all the Ice higher up the mountain, that the animals would be down lower where the Ice was not as bad.
Good theory on my part, just the animals were not using the same play book. This set will work for Bobcats, Coyotes, and Fisher.
I was using Sleepy Creek, #4 Double Long Spring Traps, and with the Ice & Snow, they have no problem coming up through the peat moss, and grass clippings.
