They have a 496ci 430hp package in the lpx. As much as these boats cost you might as well go all out and get the big block. The 6.2ltr will get you further mileage though.

Still a 50 mile an hour boat. I have rode this size crownline with a 300 and found it to be plenty for us. Heck I had a 280 Crownline with a 300 and 50 mph was easily achieved but we rarely wanted or needed to go that fast.
