Sounds like a brand new sewing machine. Great looking old rig.

Wish my 73 Scout II was half as nice as this one. As much as I like it these 80s are the ones that started it all for me. Gotta get ahold of one someday.

I remember my uncle had one of these this thing will go anywhere but the metal skin I do believe was thinner than a sardine can be rusted out quick and broke a lot because of the lockers but still a cool vehicle colder than hell in the winter

I had that same issue with my fuel filler neck. Gonna try a 90's dodge steel filler neck I grabbed for 15 bucks. I hate to spend 80$ for a fuel filler neck. Especially one made of rubber... Nice to see another one out and about.

Yeah I wasn't a fan of the 80 dollar rubber ones, I figured the binder boneyard one was a better deal for only 40 more dollars, haven't heard of using the 90s dodge fuel filler, sounds like a mint fix if it works

@@rmaksdirtroadderelicts I was pretty much just looking at random filler necks on summit racing or Ebay. When I get some free time one of these weekends I'll find out

FYI 80/90s Dodge van bench seats (3pax) (not the rearmost 4 passenger) fit perfectly.

Would you happen to know the brand and part number for the muffler ?
@rmaksdirtroadderelicts3 ай бұрын
It's a Walker 17830 muffler, I found it by searching the inlet/outlet diameter I needed.
