Great Video - I ordered my 2018 E45 last November and just received it yesterday, (my first Excavator), I watched this video several times while waiting for the excavator to arrive and again this evening after spending about 8 hours familiarizing myself with the machine. Hello, very nice machine. I am planning to buy an E45 for my business as well, the only thing i am not sure is is should i get with the long arm or the standard arm. i will be loading tri-axles every once in the while. most the time i will be digging for home additions, power trenches, litter pipes, etc. Based on your experience do you think a standard arm will do it or long arm? budget is a important factor that is why i dont get an E50. Right Now i have a Bobcat 331

Johny Pucha I would say the long arm is the better option. You will lose some digging breakout force and lifting capacity. However, loading trucks is made easier and sometimes that extra foot of reach is critical. You just have to be careful because the machine is a little tippy with a bigger bucket. Look at the E42 also, it's a conventional tail so it's not as tippy, the specs are similar, plus save some $. My father picked this model because of the zero house. I hope this helps you out.

just got a cat 304. seeing how it compared to the e45. big fun comparing machines. Personally I can't tell them apart. need to be on a job to feel the power difference.

What do i need to lease to own one of these excavators do i need good credit?

iQS4L they do a credit check. You do have the option to buy when the lease is done. I believe you have to be 18 years old. You have to have an insurance policy for it prior to delivery.
