@@Errors404 oh is it ? I had no idea.. But i guess for me it's ok even if the characters aren't 100% in sync as long as they at least look like their intended age and do justice to the characters.. What i meant by mixing up the books was what they did in the first movie - Lightning thief ..if i remember right , they left out a lotta things from book1 but went on to add a fight scene with Hydra which happens in the 2nd part of the book series .. but like ..why ?! It's been around 8-9yrs since i saw that movie but i still remember being very pissed at that for some reason ..lol

So their ego makes them put their creation to present "their work", which is the most selfish way to use the fame of the story and expectation of the fans. I don't like some of the new cast especially Annabeth. And I don't have much hope this time too, cuz adaptations are meant o fail, 99.9%. So I view of these movies as "Percy Jackson lookalike" So that it doesn't ruin my image of the story. I used to stay up all night reading ten series of Percy Jackson. And then rereading it.
