This is the first Tiny Home that really made me think seriously about buying. This is beautiful, and there’s no climbing. I feel guilty about saying that I really like luxury, but I do. And this looks delicious.

Great floor plan! The only thing I find missing on these homes is a place to put your coats and shoes when you come in the door. I would love to see a home including this in it. Other than that, great job!

I agree with Mildred Johnson, this is the Best one I’ve seen! The only thing I would request on a build is that those two cupboards (one kitchen/one bathroom) would not go to countertop and take away from much used space🥰

This is awesome! As someone with a bad hip, I appreciate not having a loft to have to get up to, and the walk-in shower! And that closet 😍😍 I wouldn’t have to get rid of any of my many shoes and clothes 😁👍 Perfection 👌👌

Im disabled and use a wheelchair I would love a tiny home thats made for me to get around in and maybe lower everything so i can reach things from the chair..This home is beautiful and 60k is not a bad price

I love this big porch but the front porch is the size of a 2nd bedroom... I would have a small porch and a 2nd bedroom. Great Home... Mr. Tiny you are a great demonstrator!! Thank you!!

Legally they cannot make the interior any larger. To be deemed a park model the square footage of the interior floor can’t hit 400. The length of the trailer it’s on doesn’t matter. So it seems like it would be easy to take some of the outdoor space and make it larger inside, but as I have described it coul Ltd not keep the classification action of park model.

Gorgeous! The home is great too! 😜 Seriously, this is pretty much perfect! It's a beautiful shape, works for comfortable realistic living, and no loft! And how much???? Seriously? Some of these on other channels are way more expensive and not half as nice! Love it!

Very nice, great tour again by Mr. Tiny, and love that there isn't a 2 foot 'loft' pretending to be usable floor space. Honestly, skip the porch (those can be added on easily) and use that space to make a second bedroom on the first floor, even utilizing some headroom by adding a platform/staircase with storage in it. That would be ideal for so many more people who need a 2 bedroom.

The idea of these Tiny houses is to remain at or below 399 sq ft due to rules that govern tiny homes size. If they turn the porch into livable space it no longer qualifies as a tiny home and many parks will not allow larger models in them if they are set up only for tiny homes. That being said, if you bought one and placed it on your own land you could turn that porch into livable space if your local code enforcement does not prohibit turning a porch into enclosed space. I really love these things too but living here in Europe we don't have these nice models of manufactured homes all we have are small mobile homes that look like the old 1960's trailers with tin or vinyl siding thin walls and an unappealing appearance. They are not very popular.

Dude! Finally a Tiny Home that I can live in and not because of the Walk-in. I love everything about this house. The kitchen with the full size fridge, the pantry, the back splash, the island, the living room. God, and that shower. I love the entire thing!

I suggest tucking the light switches closer to the front door, and get that air/heat unit off the couch wall. Otherwise it's nice. Love the front porch!
